T-Rox

T.Rox are an authentic, live 4 piece Glam Rock Band based in the North East of England. Formed in 2006 a new guitarist and drummer joined the line up in 2011. They started off playing pubs in the local area then after acquiring an agent shortly after, progressed to playing the social clubs in and around England, and now currently performing, as well as the clubs, corporate events and holiday parks and similar venues. The music was originally, predominantly a tribute to Marc Bolan and T.Rex, hence the name T.Rox, but gradually they started introducing more hits of the early Seventies Glam Rock era, to give the show a more varied mix of music, by incorporating covers by bands including, Sweet, Slade, Mud, Bowie,Golden Earring, Bay City Rollers, The Osmonds, Status Quo and Queen.

They are a superb live tribute to the Glam Rock era. The pulsating show consists of strobe lighting, bubble machines, smoke, fog effects and pyrotechnics as well as 70’s style costume changes to reflect the authenticity of the period. The band and crew put every effort into recreating the sights and sounds of the 70’s but with an up to date lighting and PA system to give a professional atmosphere to every performance.
