About Jak Neumann
Eduard Jak Neumann became an avid jazz fan at the age of 13 and started playing the tenor sax at 16. He studied sociology at West University in Timisoara and dropped out of college to become a full-time musician in 1997. He recorded with his own free funk band Blazzaj, Bucharest-based Jazz Unit, Hari Tavitian's Orient Express, and David Yengibarian Octet. Between 2001-2007 he relocated to Great Britain where he started to produce his own electronic ethnic avantgarde music called Electric Vulcans.
