As Tall As Cliffs

As Tall As Cliffs is a five-piece pop-punk inspired band from Orillia, Ontario. The band consists of Cole Mendez (Keys); Max Metcalf (Vocals, Rhythm Guitar); Alex Reid (Drums); Aaron Trindorfer (Bass, Backing Vocals) & Earl Wheeler (Lead Guitar). Formed in 2012, As Tall As Cliffs came together through the combined efforts of Max Metcalf and Cole Mendez in the wake of their previous musical project and through their longstanding friendship. Finding Alex, Aaron, and Earl the band started practicing twice weekly under the music and lyrics written by Cole and Max, with each band member contributing their own unique talents to each song. Over March break of 2013, the band recorded their first EP “Living Lies” in a local studio and have been distributing it independently since. Lately, the band has been juggling high school exams with practicing, booking and playing gigs, working to distribute the EP, and building their image. The band is looking forward to touring, expanding their fanbase, and continuing to make music they enjoy. We are a Pop-Punk based band from Orillia, Ontario. @WeAreATAC
