About 1944
Q: What does the name 1944 mean? A: 1944 was an influential year in The Second World War. It marked the beginning of the end for the Axis powers, with well known historical events such as D-Day and The Battle of the Bulge occurring during the year. We wanted to build off that symbolism of victory and resolve by creating uplifting, inspiring, and empowering creative content. In the same way the year 1944 empowered the Allies and represented victory, we want our music and our art to achieve the same effect in other’s lives. Indie/Pop Rock band from Raleigh, NC.
