Modulate

Modulate is the hard industrial project of DJ Echo (Geoff Lee). Geoff is one of the resident DJ's at The Wendy House clubnight in Leeds, UK.

The band are signed to Metropolis Records for North America and Infacted for Europe/Rest of the World.

Modulate supported VNV Nation on the Judgement 2007 European Tour along with Imperative Reaction and Combichrist on the What the Fuck is Wrong with You tour across North America in summer 2007.

They are influenced musically by acts such as Soman, Combichrist, The Chemical Brothers, The Prodigy, KiEw, Grendel, Moonitor, XPQ-21, Monolith, Suicide Commando, Terrorfakt, xotox & Underworld with hints of old skool EBM such as Front 242, Nitzer Ebb etc.

The sound is mostly aimed at the dancefloor with a battery of aggressive beats, brutal synth lines and occasional samples/vocals, mixing industrial dance with elements of noise and techno.
