METAL FROM NORTHERN GERMANY Band contact and Booking requests: info@strydegor.com 2005 Florian Kunde (gui./voc.), Sven Martinek (drums), Slava Giebel (gui.) and David Schenk (bass) founded the Metal band ''The Alphes'' 2006 David decided to left the band because of personal reasons and Clemens Thieke took over the place on bass guitar 2007 changed the name into STRYDEGOR and found their music style in Viking Metal 2008 released their first demo album titled ''Legends of Midgard'' and demo EP ''Midwinter 's Eve'' 2009 their first official album followed with the title ''Back on ancient traces' on CCP Records 2009 tragic loss of their guitar player and friend Slava Giebel, who died on the 23th of June 2009 in a car accident, 2012 released their second record called “In the Shadow of Remembrance” on CCP-Records 2012 they announced David Holst as a new member on lead guitars. 2013 Sven Martinek left the band and Simon Dierkes introduced as new Drummer 2013 Simon left the band because of professional reasons and Christian Eggers (BLOODPUNCH) was introduced as new Session Drummer 2014 - Release of new record "ENRAGED" via 7hard Records 2015 - European Record Release Tour with Dan on guitar and Manu on Drums - writing new material for upcoming release! 2016 - "TIWAZ ENRAGED TOUR" with Thrudvangar in Clubs and Festivals in Germany - Clemens left the band and searching new bass player STRYDEGOR - Melodic Death Metal from Schwerin since 2007
