About Flint Scottish Pipe Band
The Flint Scottish Pipe Band is one of the oldest pipe bands in the United States. Founded in 1916 by Scottish immigrants, it has remained based in Flint, Michigan and has been known at various times as the Clan MacKenzie Pipe Band, the Flint Kilty Band, and the Flint Scottish Pipes and Drums. Keeping Scottish tradition alive in Michigan for 100 years!
