About Does It Offend You, Yeah?
Does It Offend You, Yeah? is an electronic band formed in 2006 in Reading, England. They describe their sound on their myspace as "an arcade machine thrown into a lake, A ZX Spectrum in a prison shower block (That soap on the floor...? it's a trap)" The band is made up of four members; Morgan Quaintance (guitar, synths), James Rushnet (lead vocals, bass), Dan Coop (synths) and Rob Bloomfield (drums). They have an upcoming tour in autumn which they are headlining. The band will also be opening for Nine Inch Nails for part of the Lights In The Sky Over North America tour in 2008. Their album "You Have No Idea What You're Getting Yourself Into" was released on March 24th with Rich Costey (Muse, Interpol, Franz Ferdinand) producing. They have also remixed songs for the likes of Muse and Bloc Party. In March 2008, Rolling Stone magazine named Does It Offend You, Yeah?'s as that month's "Breaking Artist"
