Lawless Nation

This is Lawless Nation. A Hard Rock 4-piece hailing from the South of England. If you love punchy riffs, rhythms and lyrics, then this is the band for you! Influenced by bands such as Red Fang, Metallica, Seether, Black Keys and Muse, Lawless Nation hit the scene at the start of 2013. Starting off playing 4 songs at The White Hart in Havant, they moved on to playing 6 songs in small venues! After releasing some terrible self recordings, they jumped into a proper (kind of) studio to record 'It Still Remains': An emotional song which proved to be very popular with listeners. The song has been a staple in shows ever since. After that, work on their first CD took place. Heading into a proper studio, they knocked out two more tracks, 'In Unity We Stand' and crowd-favourite 'Acid Tears'. These tracks, along with 'It Still Remains' became 'Whispers in a Riot', their first CD release. During that time, they got into the semi-finals of the Wedgewood Rooms Showcase 13 and was one vote away from the Southampton Oxjam BotB final. Later in the year, they went back to the studio to work on a new EP. Rolling out with 'Nothing to Talk About', the band quickly followed up with 'Landscape', a track evoking memories of T-Rex as well as 'Spirit in the Sky'. With more tracks, an larger repertoire (14 songs at the last count!) and an EP to come, 2014 looks to be a Hard Rocking year for Lawless Nation, so watch this space!
