An enchanting musical evening was perfumed with melodies and songs by Armeen Musa, Dr. Nashid Kamal, Ustad Yusuf Ali Khan, and Armen's band.

About Armeen Musa
Armeen Musa is a singer/composer from Dhaka,. Her journey into original music started at the age of 14 when she wrote the song "Duur Theke" featured on mixed album "Jhalmurri" produced by Arnob. Her biggest hit song till date is the rendition of Radha Raman's "Bhromor Koio Giya' with producer Fuad Almuqtadir which went viral on YoutTube reaching over 4 million hits.
In her teenage years she wrote the songs which eventually became her debut album "Aye Ghum Bhangai" featuring a variety of musicians across the UK and Bangladesh spectrum including Arnob, Zoe Rahman, Idris Rahman, Labik Kamal (AJOB) and Buno (Bangla.) In Dhaka she has collaborated with various bands and producers including Yaatri/Topu, Upol Islam, Rajib Rahman and more.
in 2008 while living in London, she has toured with Kishon Khan's Bangla-Afrobeat group "Lokhhi Terra" as a lead singer, debuting the band at the Queen Elizabeth Hall in London with renowned musicians such as Mike Mondesir, Fazal Qureshi.
In 2010, she received a scholarship to study at the Berklee College of Music. Upon arriving she auditioned amongst 300 students, and was selected to be one of the 17 singers to perform with the Grammy award winning singer Bobby McFerrin. Since then, she has been part of Joey Blake's "Singing Tribe" an acapella improvisation group which performed with Bobby McFerrin and has performed with them across Massachusetts. Upon the formation of the Berklee Indian Ensemble in 2011, Armeen has performed as one of the soloists for the group and was selected to record with visiting artist singer, producer Clinton Cerejo in 2013.
in 2014 Armeen composed the soundtrack for the film "Shongram" the first cross cultural film about the birth of Bangladesh, which is currently in theaters in Bangladesh and selected halls in the UK and Europe.
She has also released an EP of Bengali, jazz, reggae acoustic songs with guitarist producer Zak Dylan Wass in 2013.
