For the Birds raast van tak tot tak. For the Birds doet je opstijgen tot grote hoogtes, normaal alleen bereikbaar voor vogels. Vogels die niet bij de zwerm willen horen. De muziek van For the Birds is een drieluik van eclectische, gruizige en spacende popmuziek. De band is een trio van eigenzinnige karakters. Je hoort spatgelijke grooves en laag over laag van melodie en harmonie, met in het midden de eigenwijze stem van Angelo Boltini. De debuut-EP, Dreaming, kenmerkt zich direct door dynamische verschillen en een verscheidenheid aan sferen. Het maakt de EP tot een reis door de ruimte, de lucht en het innerlijke. Geïnspireerd door artiesten als Radiohead, Miles Davis, Jimi Hendrix en The Beatles, weet For the Birds met een nieuw geluid over het podium te vliegen. ----- For the Birds levitate you high up in the sky, where usually only birds can go. Striking are their tight grooves, layers of harmony and melody, with Angelo Boltini's distinct voice at the core. Their debut EP, Dreaming, is charactarized by broad dynamics and a variety of atmospheres. This is what makes it a trip through the vastness of space, the clouds and the inner self.
