There are at least two bands called Stare:

1)
Stare was a gothic rock project active between 1998 and 2001. Gary Thrasher (Gossamer) was the mastermind of the project, while Michele Burch-Morehart provided vocals and keyboard. They released their only album, Haunted in 2000.

Stare aka Crescent is a Drum and Bass producer from Tallinn, Estonia. At first he often produced with his partner Phibbs and had releases on DSCI4 and Blindside. In this time period his style could be described as Neurofunk. Later he turned to the groovy, soulful side of DnB and he released Liquid tunes for labels such as Renegade Recordings, Phunkfiction and shadybrain.net.
