About Struggler

Struggler has been on the scene since March 1979. Their first appearance took place only five weeks after the band was founded, and so their first single 'Wanted/Don't Care' was recorded and released as a DIY-project. Allready in 1980, they came up with their culthit 'Nightfever/My Heart' and many shows and gigs followed after this. Later, their LP 'It was a very long conversation but at the end we didn't shake hands' was released, as well as their EP 'Recrudesce'. Despite a quite period and a few line-up changes, the band kept on rehearsing and surprised the audience with a few unexpected gigs. In 1999, they released the CD-single 'Life Update' which contained four songs which were never released before. It would be 15 years later, in 2014, that the band will know a massive boost, which would result in intense rehearsals and dynamic appearances. Finally, in 2017, the LP/CD 'The Gap' would be released. The band is now more alive than ever, resulting in energetic and lively performances.
