Fynex

Fynex is the solo project of Frederic Jauvin, french musician who lives in Bordeaux, in the south of France. Introduced to what is called nowadays "psytrance" around 2000 with the famous Gaia parties, he felt in love with the genre and decided to study it...to eventually produce his own music later. Between 2005 and 2007, he has invested his money to build a proper studio and learn how to make electronic music ( and more particularly psytrance and progressive trance ) with a computer... and he was lucky enough to meet , and become close friend, with some experienced producers such as Talamasca, X.S.I, and Deedrah, who have invited Fynex in their studio many times to show him a lot of studio tricks that will be useful for him as a producer...and he learned quite well because only few months after this, Fynex finally released his first EP : " TRANSCENDENTAL STATE " on GEOMAGNETIC records, a label who has become famous to discover the new talents of tomorrow . Fynex is of course playing as a Dj but he's working on his first album after the success of his first EP, and when the album will be ready he will begin to perform live. He had his first party as a Dj in the GIBUS club, a very well known club of the Paris underground city life, for TEKNO TANZ, very well known promoter of the gaia parties in France. The reaction of the public in that event was so amazing that it motivated him to play more and more, ( and maybe in a larger scale, including some progressive trance mixes when he happens to begin or to close a party ...) and he already produced few mixes for online radios such as midiradio, and of course the famous WWW.PSYCHEDELIK.COM . Ayant découvert ce que l'on appelle aujourd'hui la psytrance aux alentours de l an 2000 avec les soirées gaia, il est tombé amoureux de ce genre musical et a donc décidé de l'étudier...pour éventuellement produire un jour sa propre musique... Entre 2005 et 2007, Il investit donc de son argent afin de pouvoir construire son propre studio de production musicale et apprendre a composer de la musique,( plus particulièrement de la psytrance et de la progressive trance) assistée par ordinateur...et fut assez chanceux de pouvoir rencontrer, et devenir amis, avec des producteurs plus expérimentés tels que Talamasca, X.S.I ou encore Deedrah, qui l'invitèrent plusieurs fois dans leurs studios respectifs afin de lui montrer quelques "trucs de producteurs" qui lui serviront plus tard...et il apprit plutôt rapidement car seulement quelques mois après ces " leçons", il sortit son premier single : TRANSCENDENTAL STATE" sur le label GEOMAGNETIC, bien connu pour découvrir aujourd'hui les talents de demain. Fynex joue bien sur en tant que Dj, mais il travaille en ce moment sur son 1er album après le succès de son 1er EP, et quand l'album sera prêt, alors le live le sera aussi. Il a joué son 1er set Dj au GIBUS, club très connu de la communauté nocturne parisienne underground, pour Teknotanz, l organisateur des soirées Gaia en France. La réaction du public fut tellement incroyable, que cela l'a motivé encore plus pour se perfectionner, jouer de plus en plus, ( et dans un éventail plus large, incluant de la progressive lors de ces mix de warm up, ou de fin de soirées...) et il a déjà produit quelques mixes pour des radios online telles que midiradio, ou bien sur la fameuse WWW.PSYCHEDELIK.COM.
