MC Da Silva

Born in Vitoria-Brazil.

Break dancing from his 14th on he found out the power and drive of music and has never let it go since.
After playing around with turntables and some drum computers he caught the virus of producing music and making people dance to it!
On his 28th he had his first gig with a microphone at a club night in Rotterdam (Nighttown). In this period he also had his first vinyl-release with his friend DJ The Frank. From that moment on all bets where off and he took the dance scene by storm.
His powerful voice became a brand in the Dutch dance scene and bookings came pouring in.
He’s noticed by many promoters out there and became resident MC at Dancetour for over 4 years.
After hosting almost all clubs in the Netherlands with large names as Secret Cinema, Michel de Hey, Remy etc. he met JP (UDC-Holland) and his all time hero Kevin Lawler (MC Marxman). After a good try out they launched him at the HQ-stage of Dance Valley 2003. Since then he has stayed there and on every club night and festival with heroes as Marcel Woods, Tom Harding, Sander van Doorn, Marco.V, Chris Cortez, John O’Callaghan, Leon Bolier, Ernesto vs. Bastian, Rank 1, Jochen Miller, JP, Proteus, Tenishia, Andy Farley,Ferry Corsten Johan Gielen , Josh Wink, Armin van Buuren, Misja Helsloot , Chris Cortez , Aly&Fila, Sied van Riel, Shogun, Markuz Schulz, Stoneface and Terminal, Manuel Le Saux, Ferry Tale, W&W, Signum and every other big player in the scene. Residency’s at Optima Forma, Streamlined ,Trance Nation 2009/2010/2011 Grotesque 2012/2013 and Luminosity Beachfestival 2010/2011/2012/2013 ,Dancevalley 2003 till 2012, four editions of Ground Zero Mainstage and Electronic Family 2013, Atmoz resident MC. 2013 holds another big event in store for this artist but meanwhile you can catch him on every other major Trance party in the Netherlands and makes him a success story to be told and a power to recon!
