Dennis Quaid and the Sharks

Absolutely amazing! This Band has been together almost 20 years. They are still evolving, growing, keeping their performance new and fresh. In the encore, they did a new song they’d been working on for a year. Of course a “new” LOVE song. I loved the practice session, Dennis and Jamie posted last summer. I am very ecstatic about their results . I want it to be my love song for when I am with “the Love of my day life”. Dennis and the Sharks are over the Moon! Love your music! Looking forward to next gig. DQ and the Sharks did two gigs this day. Thus gig was second. They had every bit the energy at this one as the afternoon High energy is one of the things they do extremely well!

Amazing! Love his “ new” song , “Legend”, Dennis does it soooooo well! Looking forward to Tanya Tucker’s album in August with Kris Krisofferson singing this song. Of course, Quaid and Jamie , did some of my favorites, Johnny Cash’s, “ I Walk the Line” , Carl Perkins, and my favorite songs from Dennis Quaid and the Sharks album released last November, “Out of the Box”, “Good Man, Bad Boy”, a great sexy Memphis sound, and “On My Way To Heaven”, this song was released when the movie Dennis Quaid was in came out, “I Can Only Imagine”, both written by Dennis Quaid. We have only begun to hear just a few of the songs written by Dennis Quaid. Dennis Quaid , an excellent actor , is also an excellent song writer, musician , and performer. Jamie James , the lead guaitar, knows exactly how to accompany and compliment , Dennis’ style of music! A perfect Duo with or without The Sharks! It was a great night to be out on this First Concert of the Summer sponsored by Black Oaks Casino. A great Venue at the Westside Pavillion. I loved their shuttle service to and from the Casino. Thank you, Quaid and Jamie, looking forward to more from you and The Sharks.

Fantastic, even if I was there and the staff did not tell me , I missed the Meet and Greet! I was there at 8pm and did not have anything to drink until after my dance in fringe outfit taken from bar scene in GreatBakls iof Fire!!!!!

The best! I’d had a little too much to drink earlier that night before the concert! I am such a light weight, come on two glasses of wine and an Old Fashioned. I missed the que to take Dennis’s hand during “Rider’s on the Storm” . I was zoning out, since this is one of my favorite, meditation songs, go to LaLa Land! Jamie had time to take pictures from the stage of the audience while Dennis found another solution. No more drinking before or during the gig! Great night ! I fell in love with Long Island, now one of my favorite places! Found a nice secluded beach for a long walk the next day. A pair of eagles were nesting outside my hotel room. There hadn’t been eagles nesting there in 50 years. The management at hotel were really nice and keep me by the office. Three Dog Night stayed there. I didn’t see them except at their gig.
