Relent

Relent was formed in early 2016, hailing from San Antonio, Texas. Relent is a hard rock/nu-metal band with elements of rap and hip-hop laced into the mix. They hit the scene with their first single “Rise” which quickly became a fan favorite. With a unique in-your-face style that is often compared to musical giants such as P.O.D, Sevendust, Linkin Park, and Breaking Benjamin, some would find it hard to believe that they’re new on the scene.

In 2019, Relent released their first full-length album, Heart Attack. This release was followed soon after by the signing of the band at Rockfest Records (Capitol Distribution) in early 2020.

Their 2021 album “Heavy” is a force to be reckoned with. The album tackles important, real-life issues like loss, mental health, and hypocrisy with raw emotion and vulnerability. The band doesn’t shy away from uncomfortable topics, instead tackling them head-on with the power of their music.
