Marina Strah

Marina Strah is a singer/songwriter from Cleveland, OH whose influences infuse blues, jazz & pop with catchy lyrics, unforgettable melodies, and an energetic personality. Her love of music set in at an early age being surrounded by her father's band, Jukebox Heroes, ad at age 12 he taught her to play drums. As a senior in high school Marina was co section leader of the drum line, and at age 18 picked up the guitar for the first time. Her first public performance came when a friend asked her to play Paul McCartney's Blackbird for a school talent show, and she hasn't looked back. Since then she has been named winner of the 2014 Ohio's Got Talent contest, winner of the RyanSeacrest.com cover contest, one of cleveland.com's most interesting people of 2015, and is in the wake of releasing her debut EP, Run Away, earlier this spring. Hi! Likes: singing, playing guitar, spending time with family and friends, and eating ice cream. Dislikes: The dentist, rude people, bugs, and elevators.
