Swing City

Swing City is a project created by two brothers , named Fábio Oliveira and Ricardo Oliveira both borned in Aveiro. Their hillside is composed by Chillout, Deephouse Tech house and Techno. They perform their style with beats about 122 till 125 bpm´s in order to magnetize people in general. The first step in their career were made in 2011 mostly focused in musical production. In that year they did some originals and remixes pitched by national and international labels. In November of 2011 they did their first original EP named "Water Drop EP" by "Away Recordings" label form Lithuania. The EP is composed by two tracks: "Right Round" and "Water" and the style they used was Deep House. It was edited digitally by some of the great online music stores in the world , like Beatport, Junodownloads, Traxsource, etc… Swig City is also invited to conduct a remix by the same publisher for "Terrasoul" in the topic " Late Night Remedy" edited in December. In January of 2012 they make one more contract of employment to the Spanish publisher "Flame Records". The EP contains three originals: "Just Dance" , "PellMell" and "Sweet Yet" including a remix made by an english artist named "OTB" from the original soundtrack "PellMell". Since the beginning of the EP creation , Swing City looked after an EP with more vocal instrument and to do this they worked together with " Mc Tay Ron". In November , Swing City have the opportunity to work with a National label called "AU Records". In order to continue their job they publish in the same month two more soundtracks which are "Laze" and "Classroom" that quickly came to the first Top 10 of the duo. The EP suppressed a good feedback from several names in national and international music like "Alfonso Padilla", "Contempo", "DJ Groovy", "Eco do Ego", "Fragoso", "Lucio Monteiro", "Mike Ivy", "Brendon Collins",etc… The album promises to stir up the dance floor , having both tracks a higher bpm, a bassline full of energy and very rhythmic power. In the same album is detached the soundtrack "Classroom" for his creative long vocal , recorded in a classroom. Their latest work was a remix for "Bruno Ferreira" in the theme "I Need You" in which they work together with a Portuguese artist called Fragoso. The remix has a style closed to "Chicago" which has a strong beat because it was used a "TR-909" machine in order to introduce more power , heat and rhythm. Around the Dijing, the duo continues to open doors across the national level. Their first live performance took place in the same year of the creation of the project in "Magnólia Club" in which rolled a perfect opening night with the public adhering to their musical style and to their magic. It was a night that the portuguese duo will never forget. Since the creation of this duo, Swing City had the opportunity to pass in several national and international houses such as "Porta13", "Salina Club", "Estação da Luz", "Lottus After Hours". In the future , Swing City promise to continue on working with the same professionalism , dedication and love in order to please everyone who follow them.
