Samsara Blues Experiment (SBE) was a German band founded in 2007 by Christian Peters (vocals, guitar, sitar, keys).
Since autumn 2008, the lineup of SBE consisted of Richard Behrens on bass, Thomas Vedder on drums and Hans Eiselt on rhythm guitar. Behrens left the band in 2014 with Eiselt switching to bass. Samsara Blues Experiment played a mix of Stoner- and Psychedelic Rock with influences from Indian Raga music.
In November 2020 the band announced an indefinite hiatus and in 2024 they announced their permanent break-up, though all members remain active in new musical projects.
Christian Peters continues with his current projects Fuzz Sagrado and Surya Kris Peters. Fuzz Sagrado continues to perform songs by Samsara Blues Experiment in concert.
