Smallpools

Whole show was absolutely incredible. This band played the entirety of LOVETAP! from start to finish w/ no hesitation, held Sean’s hand during Passenger Side, cried during Mason Jar & (Submarine), jumped, smiled, all that buzz. 1000+/10 for Smallpools, but also, for the openers. (Tana Matz / Rec Hall, which I have the setlist for.) Amazing experience & an unforgettable night, TRULY!!!

These guys were AWESOME showmen, great entertainers! The light show was wicked, they maintained the energy going from song to song in good flow, and they played and performed very well. Lead singer was very engaging with the crowd, even went out in the middle of us singing and dancing and giving high fives. At one point they played the song “Killer Whales” and one of the roadies pitched a 6ft inflatable killer whale out into the crowd that got batted around for the entire song. My daughter got one of the drummer’s sticks at the end of their set to boot—would definitely go see again!

Smallpools was fantastic as were Grayscale and Moody Judy. Smallpools does a great show, really good showmanship. Venue was packed, couldn't even walk from one side of the building to the other, so too full. And Bottom lounge seems to have a hard stop at 11pm. I like not being out late but the lead band didn't even play their title song for the tour. Decent veggie for a show, but not my favorite.

What a great show! Glad the boys are back on the road. We saw them several times back in Columbus in 2013. They still sound great and have a lot of energy. Lots of good interaction with the fans. There are a few fun surprises on the set list that I don't want to spoil. We had just a great night with a fun band.

It. Was. Awesome!! Amazing stage presence, incredibly fun and laid back people, and phenomenal music! I was able to do VIP with the band and they were so friendly and genuine. Honestly was one of the best concert experiences I've had.

Smallpools always outperforms expectations. What great energy they bring to the stage and kind enough to stay after and say hi to fans!! Thank you so much!!!

Even though they were just a supporting actor, small pools really came through and got the crowd going. Great songs, lots of energy, and you can’t be the crowd surfing killer whale

Such a blast to jam out with these guys, they put on an amazing show and it was a very special experience for me <3 Polaris Hall is probably the smallest venue I’ve ever visited and it’s not a very fancy place (looks like an old church), but the acoustics were better than you’d think. Again, thank you Smallpools for visiting us in PDX!! Much love xx

First time seeing them, super fun show. Got a high five from Sean when he made his way into the crowd, made my day, you don’t/can’t get that kind of interaction in the bigger venues. 😁 Will definitely see them again next time they’re in Phoenix! Was a bit bummed that Morgxn wasn’t able to be there, but Zac Barnett was amazing too. ❤️🧡💛💚

Band was great crowd sucked, everyone in the back half was there to have conversations and not listen to the music. Also how is the band on its second day of the tour and not have merch in all sizes?

The show started quite late and the time slots between each artist’s performance was like 15 minutes which was unfortunate, but everyone performed so well and it was a lot of fun

Smallpools themselves was really great but the concert itself was pretty rough. Long long waiting periods in between sets for the openers. It was 3 hours before smallpools even came on. Their set was awesome though

Three amazing bands all sounded so good together. Spring has finally sprung! Half the animal were such amazing performers and so kind when meeting fans, just as GGFO was. Smallpools had everyone jumping and having an amazing time. All 5 stars for this concert. To anyone that hasn’t gone yet, get your tickets now, you will not regret it!

Great experience seeing them for the second time! Last time they were in Columbus was two years ago. There were no more than 200 people (confuses me because of the TON that were at their concert last time around, maybe due to the event it was being held at?), and that made the experience all that much more great. There was space to dance and party and I made sure my sister had a great first concert experience!

This band is my entire heart, this was the my ninth time seeing them live and they are impossibly better every single time. The music is fantastic, they don’t have a single song that is less than a 10/10. The energy is infectious and the whole band is kind-hearted and charismatic. Do your self a favor and see them live, I guarantee that you will have a good time.

They were adorable and high energy!! They wore such cute Halloween Costumes, and played so many new songs!! I can't wait for their new album to come out!!!!

One of the funnest shows I've been to. The audience was well behaved (no pushing and extremely friendly), and the bands were all friendly and interactive. meeting Alex was the highlight.

it was lively, and energetic. they did all the old songs plus a slew of brand new ones. I loved it. magic man and Panama wedding were fantastic openers
