LionSoul

LionSoul is a metal band born in 2012 in Bergamo with a sound that was built on a European-style
power with clear heavy influences but which is now gradually evolving towards an increasingly
personal style.
After the first live appearances and an intense period of composition, the group records the first self-
produced album "Omega", which will be released in December 2013, a twelve-track disc based on
Greek history and mythology, followed by a series of promotional dates to support.
In March 2015 he released an EP called "The Throne" distributed in digital format through the official
website.
Also between 2015 and 2017 the band began to tread important stages such as that of Metal For
Emergency with Domine and Iron Savior and Gammaray, the Biker fest in Cologno al Serio (BG) with
Kissin 'Dynamite
A few months to complete the drafting of the new songs and in April 2016 the Lions enter the studio to
record the successor of Omega under the production of the Italian melodic metal master Alessandro
del Vecchio.
In May 2017 the band signed a contract with the German label Limb Music with which they released
the second LP "Welcome Storm" in June of the same year.
Between 2018 and 2019 the live activity resumes in full with several festivals, important openings such
as the one for Geoff Tate, some concerts abroad: Czech Republic, Slovakia and for the first time a
Spanish tour with Tygers Of Pan Tang, at the same time the songs for the new album are written,
recorded between 2019 and early 2020
As you all know, the two-year period 2020 - 2021 was a tragic period for humanity, with Covid everything
stopped and the entire musical world was also heavily affected, in all this we decided to weigh the release
timing of the new album, in the meantime the band turns away to play live on two occasions, in September at
home in Bergamo and in October at the very successful Loud and Proud festival, returning to join the warmth
of the standing audience after a long time.
It's time to roar again, the lions find again the feeling never lost and decide it's time to come out, in February
2022 they sign a contract for rockshots records that will lead them to the release of the long-awaited album
