Shalom makes music that hits like a secret whispered in the dark—intimate, raw, and impossible to forget. Born in Maryland and raised in South Africa, she cut her teeth in New York’s DIY scene, where her electrifying live shows and fearless songwriting turned heads. Her 2023 debut Sublimation—a mix of pulsing basslines, confessional lyrics, and indie dreamscapes—caught fire, but behind the scenes, she was battling industry disillusionment and personal upheaval. Now independent and based in Baltimore, Shalom is creating on her own terms and choosing love over fear the entire way.
