About Compounds
Compounds are a 5 piece melodic hardcore outfit based out of Reading, Berkshire. Formed in early 2017 under guitarist Kiv Ghatora and drummer Jon Sugden the pair got to work writing and establishing a sound that pushed the musical boundaries of Hardcore and Punk.
In early 2018 the bands lineup was completed with the addition of vocalist Scott Spencer and bassist Chris Taylor and eventually Luke Wells assuming the role on the lead guitar.
2018 saw Compounds apply months of practice into their debut show and have been actively playing shows throughout the UK ever since and released 2 singles along the way.
2019 sees more shows, festivals and an upcoming EP in the pipeline.
This is only the beginning.
