Bright Eyes

I've been a huge fan of Bright Eyes for many years and I went to this show with my wife, who is not a fan. She enjoyed it almost as much as I did. Conor was on fire and Mike Mogus was electric. Fantastic show!

Einfach perfekt! Tolle lange Show mit einer tollen Variation aus Songs diverser Veröffentlichungen. Das Carlswerk war ebenfalls mal wieder ein Traum. Abgesehen von der guten Organisation durfte man mal wieder ein perfektes Soundbild erleben!

Despite the unplanned break due to the fire alarm, the show was like a rollercoaster ride through all music genres by Conor and his band.

Absolutely awesome gig, great band live with super audience interaction. Was the first time I’ve seen them after many years of wanting to, had high expectations , but they surpassed them! The only downside was that they started playing pretty early after the doors opened and the support band. Luckily I had got there just in time, but took others by surprise with how early they started. Fantastic gig and band

We had a great time. Old Forester’s Paristown Hall was great. Solid. Bright Eyes was on point. Just a dynamite performance that filled the soul full of hope and family in a time when we need that. Thank you Conor!

It was one of the best shows I have ever been to! Cursive was amazing and I loved the mash up between Recluse/Lover I don’t have to love. And Bright Eyes was so amazing. Such amazing energy and played so many amazing songs (which I mean of course they did bc all their songs are incredible). Truly a magical night!

Wonderful venue and chill vibe. I'll go back to the Met anytime. The band was awesome and the sound was perfect. One of the best times I've had in a long time. Thanks! Ps. Really appreciate the smoking section! Very refreshing to be allowed outside at a show.

It was simply beautiful and amazing!! Conner and his band killed it. First day of my life was so beautiful the way they played it.

Conor sounded great. Hope he continues to rest and recover his voice. 💙 I love how they rearranged some songs from previous albums to have a similar sound to 5 dice, all 3s. The merch guy was super awesome. Looking forward to listening to the records we got over the weekend. 🎶

I first saw Bright Eyes back when the People's Key first came out. Now over 10 years later Conor and the rest of the band still have it. The Intersection also never fails to disappoint as a venue.

absolutely amazing, maybe the best concert i’ve been to in my entire life and that’s not something i say lightly. i loved that Alynda of Hurray for the Riff Raff came out to sing 3 songs with Conor. i hope that any time he tours, they come with him. i love the intimate size of the venue, 40 Watt, as well.

The single best show I've ever attended. As a long time Bright Eyes listener, this was a bucket list concert, and it lived up to every expectation.

Amazing. You know a band is great when they are just as good or even better live. Bright Eyes killed it. My Wife and I had an amazing time watching them perform.

Incredible show, they played so many old classics it felt like a throwback show, this tour is for the fans! The last one was for the album, and that was awesome too, but this lil 9 date tour is more low-key but all about digging into the deep cuts

I tried a long time to figure out what to jot down here, as the show was such a grand moment for me, considering I'd been quite frankly obsessed with their music for the last three years. Maybe that's enough of an opener... When I saw Nate behind the stage before the show from where I was standing at the very front, pressed up against the railing, I was beaming with childlike excitement, so rare to come by in adulthood. ...When the entire band sauntered out on stage, mere meters in front of me, I thought I would pass out or piss my pants from overjoy. A 'Bright Eyes' show was everything I'd hoped it would be and all I'd feared it couldn't live up to. The thing I appreciated the most about their performance was the new song arrangements, as well as the feeling of playful spontaneity between the lovely folks on stage. Conor managed to find a perfect balance between crowd interaction -with jokes and story time- and music, which made the show feel more intimate despite being hosted at a large music festival. The only thing I was left wanting were a couple of more songs, as each artist was given a limited amount of time on account of it being on a festival schedule, and I wished they'd played some deeper cuts for the die-hard fans. Next time they come to Norway, I'd sell my soul and hand them my car keys for them to play 'tourist trap' or 'cartoon blues.' Overall, probably the biggest music experience of my life, and the highlight of my year for sure.

Beautiful show. Connor was definitely feeling it, I loved seeing him dance around on stage. Cried during Poison Oak, because of course. Just an incredible time.

Every time I watch Conor perform I fall even more in love with this man. He’s soo talented and god do I love his rants. Only thing that sucks is that I wasn’t in the front when he dove in the crowd but I did dance my ass off all night! Grateful bands like his still exist. Also the opening act was amazing!!! ❤️

The show was good. I wanted to enjoy it more, but there were some super rude obnoxious Karens there. Halfway through the show there was a drunk woman who was wailing so loud that you could hear her over the music. Security eventually escorted her out. Overall, they put on a good show, and I enjoyed the mini orchestra accompaniment.

Bright Eyes are real pros and put on a great show. Conor Oberst did not appear to be well and fell off the front of the stage early on. I hope for the best for him.

Amazing is all I can say. They blew my expectations out of the water and that’s hard to do. Love you Bright Eyes. Thanks for giving me a home again. 😘🖤
