About Manmade Mountains

Centered out of Athens, GA, Manmade Mountains is a hard band to describe in words. Some classify them as Indie, Folk and Psychedelic with some Reggae influence, but that doesn't quite sum everything up. Their producer coined the genre, "Happy Folky Stoner Music", which could be considered more accurate. The best thing to do would be to give them a listen and decide for yourself! They're a band that believes in the "soul" of music and they try to portray that through the music that they write. So if folk music is your thing, or if you don't even know what a banjo is, come check them out sometime! Think banjos, but from outerspace.
