Soulight

Soulight is a project belonging to the duo Marcelo Mato and Nicolas Borromeo. They are argentinian based DJs/producers with original tracks and remixes for labels such as IRecords, Look Ahead, DeepClass, Endemic Digital, Deepwit, Soul Industries, among others. Together they developed a style that couldn´t be defined with other name than "Soulight", edging from deep-house to tech-house but always with an emotional touch able to create a special intensity in their music. As Djs, Soulight is resident of Headshot Social Club’s parties. These gigs have taken place on the most exclusive places of Argentina and gather an elite public which has been following their sound since the beginning. This residency is one among other presentations in clubs such as: Bahrein, Shampoo, Sunset, Club 74 and several private parties on Punta del Este (Uruguay) These guys, have been introducing their own musical taste and language for since 2010. But they’ve been involved with music since childhood: Marcelo DJing for over 8 years at the best clubs and festivals in Buenos Aires (Creamfields, S.A.M.C, Pacha, Bahrein) and traveling all over the country, whereas Nicolas, an engineer on music production, had performed and recorded music as a guitarist and keyboard player for several bands, and at various concerts, focusing on such genres as Jazz, Funk, Dub, Reggae and Rock. This let them function as partners with regard to music production. Soulight is working on their LIVE show, expected to be launched this summer in their first International Tour...STAY TUNED!
