Zucchero

Zucchero’s voice was amazing. The band was a stripped down version of the Europe tours as usual. The drummer was new and brought a different flavour and was very good. I miss the old drummer. I found the band members who played instruments very reserved compared to past shows in Toronto. The background vocalist was amazing. Toronto crowds are very reserved and that may explain why there was only 1 song encore. Despite that thank good Zucchero keeps coming back to Toronto.

Zucchero himself and his band is 5plus stars. Roy Thompson hall is not the right venue at all for this genre of music. Lighting was off, his backdrop is lost on stage and the sound control booth was a terrible distraction on stage instead of back of house. Nothing beats Massey hall for Zucchero.

One of the best concert in my lifetime. Bringing Zucchero along was amazing.

I (56 y.) was with my daughter (24 y.) on the concert at the summer festival in Rosenheim on 22.07.2023. It was one of the best live events that i and also my daughter have seen so far. The band was excellent and the spontaneity with which the show went off was unique. actually, I'm more of a rock or metal fan, but the mood of this live performance jumped over immediately. Although I don't speak a word of italian, the feelings of the music were clearly felt. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Best athmosphere, best concert in the Arena. Only 2017 was better with ultimative band (brian auger, cora coleman...)

Beyond my expectations - Zucchero is my favorite artiste for many years. I saw him perform in Pontiac, MI in 3/2017 and that was an excellent concert. But I believe the 9/20/2022 concert was even better. He is a true ARTISTE, and this is not always the case with many performers. He knows how to put together an exceptional group of band members and singers to bring forth his music to the world. The beautiful and talented Oma Jali is a stellar addition to his musical entourage. I would never miss any opportunity to see Zucchero perform in the future if he comes to my area.

The concert was outstanding but the ushers harassing people about taking photos was NOT! What was their problem? Everybody takes pictures at concerts these days.

Deutlich weniger Musiker auf der Bühne als auchschon….absolut professionelle Show…. bei den Konzerten in Italien ist einfach mehr Herzblut dabei….
