Khainz

Khainz is a techno and tech-house producer who has been DJ’ing for nearly 20 years now and producing since 1999. Hailing from beautiful Lucerne, Switzerland, his cutting edge production skills have seen him produce exciting and innovative releases in the past on such established imprints as Heinz Music, Sprout, Formatik and Great Stuff, amongst many more.

He is also a well thought of remixer, with him leaving his unmissable production stamp on tracks from the likes of Format:B, Dandi & Ugo, D-Unity & Dousk, alongside a host of other established electronic music artists.

As well as a pretty impressive production work appetite (150 releases on Beatport in the last 9 years), he is also a prolific world tour performer with him having played at top venues in such countries as Mexico, Brazil, India, Thailand, Japan, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, as well as all over Europe.

He started at a young age when he became fascinated with his brothers vinyl collection at just 14, and it was not long before he had built up the skills to allow him to play most weekends in clubs, open-air events or festivals.
His enthusiasm and energy for electronic music only grew from this point, and it was only a few years later that he was trying his hand at the production side of the industry.

Now having produced 2 albums, ‘Module8 (2009) & ‘Simple As That’ (2012), he is currently working on his newest album project that is set to drop later this year. If it’s anything like ‘Simple As That’ that charted in Beatport as #1 Techno, #1Tech House, #1 Minimal & Overall #7 release, then fans of quality electronic music have a lot to be excited for!
