Ah! Kosmos

Başak Günak also known as AH! KOSMOS is producer and performer based in Berlin & Istanbul. Her debut EP “Flesh” is released by Muzik Hayvanı label in May 2013 and her debut LP “BASTARDS” is released by Denovali Records in April 2015. She performed in Sonar Festival, Berlin CTM Festival, Barbican Concert Hall, Venice ElectroFestival, Dubai Meet D3 Festival,Budapest Punkurica Festival,Tokyo Electronic Music of Arts Festival, CitySonic Festival in Mons, Rock’n Coke, Piknik Elektronik in Brussels and in many others. In October 2014 she has participated to Red Bull Music Academy 2014 in Tokyo. Other than live performances, she has made composition & sound design for contemporary dance, theaters, short-films and site-specific performances in several art spaces including Prague Quadrennial 2015, Rotterdamse Schouwburg, Prague Signal Festival, 18th and 19th Istanbul International Theater Festival (IKSV), ARENA Theater Festival Nürnberg, Venice ElectroFestival. // İstanbul doğumlu Ah! Kosmos, diğer ismiyle Başak Günak, 2013 Mayıs ayında “Flesh” adlı EP’sini Müzik Hayvanı etiketiyle yayınladı, 2015 Nisan ayında ilk LP’si “BASTARDS”ı Denovali Records’tan yayınlayan Ah! Kosmos, geçtiğimiz yıllarda Sonar Festival Barcelona, Berlin CTM Festival, Barbican Concert Hall, Venedik ElectroFestival, Tokyo Electronic Music of Arts Festival, Dubai Meet D3 Festival, CitySonic Festival Mons, Brüksel Piknik Elektronik ve Budapeşte Punkurica Festival gibi önemli festival ve mekanlarda performans sergiledi. 2014 Ekim ayında Tokyo’da gerçekleşen Red Bull Music Academy 2014′te katılımcı olarak yer aldı. Ah! Kosmos, canlı performansların dışında tiyatro,çağdaş dans,video ve mekan odaklı işler için kompozisyonlar yapmaktadır. Son dönemde çalıştığı sanatçılar ve yer aldığı mekanlar,festivaller arasında Prag Quadrennial, Rotterdamse Shouwburg, Prag Signal Festival, Arena Nürnberg Tiyatro Festivali,18. ve 19.
