Amazing show, I had so much fun and the energy there was great. Small venue though

Unfortunately, like often with such guitars bands on stage, the sound was awful. I think this is mainly due to poorly balanced instruments, but also, to a lesser extent, to the band's will to play as loud as possible. Thus guitar melodies, and even words sung by Bateh Reid were hardly perceived. So, quite disappointed...
I put 4 stars anyway, because I do like this band, but also for the incredible energy that Blaze Reid put in drumming. BTW, his stage dressing was totally improbable: illustrated shirt, large sport shorts with high socks and black shoes...
Also, they were preceded by the Canadians Crack Cloud who delivers a very good set, well balanced this time, even with four guitars plus a bass (but OK, their music is pretty different from Bambara).
