(EN) Electric Château is a rock band. Call it royalty rock'n roll with a mocking tone for anything money, blue blood or monarchy related. The time has come to talk about rich people's problems. That and a few love songs as well... The project started as a one man band back in London where Dallas Geoffrey Hautvas had decided to move to write new songs after the demise of his old band the Dallas Explosion. After trying out those songs in the many clubs of England's capital it was time to relocate to Brussels to record the 6tracks EP called "Noblesse Oblige". Inspired by the mods and the rockers, the dandies and the lovers, Electric Château is the sound of tomorrow with the nostalgia of decades they have not known. Some facts: - The EP has been recorded by Remy Polfliet and François Vincent (Romano Nervoso, Elvis Black Star) and mastered at RAK Studios in London by Doug Shearer (Kasabian, Gorillaz) and Remy Lebbos from the band Vismets. - On stage Dallas Geoffrey is surrounded by Maxime Honhon on the bass guitar and Raphael Esterhazy on keyboards. - Dallas Geoffrey has been recording with various artists such as Recorders, Jane Doe & the Black Bourgeoise, Anton Walgrave and Silverene to name a few and is currently playing with the band Vismets and Antoine Chance. Le temps est venu de parler des problèmes des riches. Et aussi d’écrire quelques chansons d'amour... Le projet commence à l’été 2012 à Londres où Dallas Geoffrey Hautvas avait posé ses valises pour écrire de nouvelles chansons après le split de son groupe précédent, the Dallas Explosion. Après avoir essayé ses compositions dans les clubs de la capitale anglaise, il était temps de retourner à Bruxelles pour enregistrer les 6 titres du EP "Noblesse Oblige". Inspiré par les mods et les rockeurs, les dandies et les nantis, Electric Château est le son de demain avec la nostalgie d’une époque jamais connue.
