...Born on September 29, to a single mom and three brothers who are all very talented sketch artists; Shakia is the only one in her family to be gifted with music. She is a self-taught musician and has been writing lyrics for over a decade. She "dabbles" (as she likes to call it), in both the guitar and piano and is planning to pick up as many instruments as time will allow. She spent the past three years making a name for herself in Richmond, VA and has just recently moved to Augusta (where she was born) to get to know her roots. She lives and loves to worship and doesn't care what anyone has to say about it ?She released two singles in 2018 "Seventeen14" and "Worship."
