Very pleasant new venue for me. Staff friendly and efficient. And the music on offer? Yellowjackets are, for me & many others, the greatest band in the world. Their writing, arrangements, musicality, musicianship are always best in class. I’ve seen them getting on for 20 times now, & I’ve never not been completely blown away by them. Now looking forward to the next album in February. Yet again, a million thanks Yellowjackets for a fantastic show.

About Yellowjackets
The Yellowjackets are an American jazz fusion quartet.
The current lineup consists of Marcus Baylor (drums, percussion), Russell Ferrante (piano, keyboards, synthesizers), Jimmy Haslip (electric basses), and Bob Mintzer (saxophones, bass clarinet, EWI).
Mintzer joined the group in 1991. Baylor joined the group in 2000. The original group, called The Robben Ford Group, consisted of Robben Ford (guitar), Ricky Lawson (drums), Russell Ferrante, and Jimmy Haslip. Ford had originally assembled the group to record Inside Story, but left in 1978, seeking a more vocal and commercial sound. Ricky Lawson left in 1986 to tour with Lionel Richie.
Other members have included Mark Russo (1985-1989; saxophones), William Kennedy (1987-1999; drums), Peter Erskine (1999; drums), and Terri Lynn Carrington (2000, drums).
