I Legendary Kid Combo appaiono sulle scene del nord Italia verso la fine del 2005. Cominciano subito le scorribande su e giù per lo stivale a bordo della loro sferragliante diligenza, e presto arriverà anche l’ivasione del vecchio continente. Beccamorti? Istrionici ed eclettici, autoironici, si gettano nella musica con la curiosità di un cuoco alle prime armi, amano mescolare tutti gli ingredienti che trovano sulla loro strada, giocare e scherzare con la musica, con il pubblico, con loro stessi. Frack impolverati, cilindri e bombette scucite, stivali e cinturoni, sono la rappresentazione fisica della loro musica. Beccamorti appena usciti ,ubriachi, da un saloon del vecchio west. Cock-a-billy !! La loro musica è una strana ricetta, segreta come quella della cocacola, buona come quella della nutella… Cos’è il cockabilly? Il perfetto punto di incontro fra Country-punk-psychobilly-bluegrass-folk-gothic-balkanica e una spolverata di ironia. Carrozzone… Uno spettacolo a cavallo fra il teatrino, la prosa e il concerto più scatenato e movimentato che possiate aver mai visto , teatro ambulante, carrozzone scenografico, tanta e tanta energia e qualsiasi cosa si possa inventare ed improvvisare su un palcoscenico, e anche giù dallo stesso. Il loro Live-show è decisamente qualcosa di impedibile, e sono già stati definiti da diverse testate giornalistiche come la “miglior party band italiana”. They are used to play, laugh and screw around the audience and themself with their dusty tailcoats, high hats and dirty boots. Drunk gravediggers, just kicked out from an ancient stinky saloon.... Cock-a-billy Their music is a weird recipe, with secret ingredients..as good as coke.. what is cockabilly?? psychobilly pasta, folk tomato, bluegrass meat, gothic mushrooms and balkan salt cooked with irony, and with a pinch of country cheese! A Big Wagon..or better a Hearse.. The Show is a goofy mixture of prose and poetry, punk and opera, the oddest thing you have never ever seen on a stage. A moving scenographic theatre full of stage effects where you can see cleary the energy that glows in the dark. Everything is allowed on the stage (and also behind) and the Legendary kid combo's show is something you can't miss !!
