Hybrid Vigor

In 1988 Jason and Tom helped form local thrash band Insanity. After a successful run they began looking for a new endeavor. It wasn't until the fall of 1991 that they heard about an interesting guitarist who was also looking for a new project. They went to see this guy at a local Earth Day concert . From that point Jason and Tom immediately knew he is was the missing piece. Enter Jeff. After a brief meeting the foundation was set for the band Zero Hour. For two and a half years they played the local music scene non-stop. Disbanding in late 1994, the members went on to other musical ventures such as Say's Phoebe, Oakland 11, The Cold Sweats,The September Project, The Chuck Ramsey Band , Fynal Tyme 2 and Abacus Jones just to name a few. After 20 years, a chance encounter with Tom and an impromptu performance with Jason's current band, a new chapter unfolded. After a cold February evening of drinks, laughs and good conversation, came the dawn of Hybrid Vigor.
