Micky Dolenz

Having missed the last time four, then three, then two Monkees were on tour I wanted to make sure I saw Micky Dolenz when he came to Pittsburgh. The Sunday night show meant good scheduling. Very happy to sit two seats from the stage. The show started on time and I watch the show without reading any review of other shows on the tour. I recommend this show if you like Monkees. Micky's band played classics of the band as well as other songs Micky joyfully explained their connection. The stories between some songs were informative and short enough to keep the groove of the music. Loved the show, his second of the night. Was hoping for a chance to say hello afterward but that wasn't meant to be. A meet and greet for an additional cost would have been nice but I'm grateful for the signed CD, one of many outstanding keepsakes that included, autographed drum head and also sticks, a cool hat and also a t-shirt with the "Micky" logo. Long live Micky! Hope to catch him on a future trip to Pittsburgh or another city.

This show was amazing! I had such a big smile on my face! The story’s he shared and the videos on the screen in the background were so much fun! It just took me back to when I watched the Monkeys on Monday night. I have one Monkey album from when I was a child! I loved the Monkeys so much, I just needed to see Micky since this show was in my city! I didn’t want to regret not seeing him! After all he is the last Monkey!

Had A. great time he put on a great show. He's playing again Sunday evening. I'm tempted to go then. Also!

He was absolutely awesome as usual! Love how each series is always changed up and new. But of course have to have some of the classic favorites. ❤️👍

It was a phenomenal experience. The crowd was comprised mostly of die-hard fans who were veterans of many concerts. The stories I overheard were nearly as entertaining as Micky's. Ha ha. Thank you, Micky! It was a great show!

If you are a fan of the Monkees and Micky Dolenz, seek out a concert and go! I absolutely loved the show and it exceeded my expectations. Not only was the music great, the stories Micky told from days gone by brought back great memories. I also enjoyed the video footage that was part of the concert. This was such an enjoyable evening! My wife and I are glad we went.

Micky was great and the civic center was great, you could see him from anywhere in the seats.

Micky Dolenz did an outstanding performance! He really brought the crowd a lot of nostalgia and got them all back to their Monkees roots. All the songs he performed and all the amazing tributes he put on was amazing. Every word, lyric, and song was incredible.

It was a great show, Micky is a great entertainer and storyteller..just wish he did more Monkees hits.

What a wonderful tribute to his bandmates. Video streamed throughout the show featuring the Monkees from their show, rare clips and photos. An enjoyable trip down memory lane. Mickey's voice was a strong as ever.

The show was amazing!!! I loved how Micky honored each member of the Monkees!!!! All the songs really brought me to in time!!!!

OK, A little too much story telling. Although a nice tribute to past band members. Concentrate on the hits which mostly came at the end.

The combination of talented musicians, sentimental film footage and the great Micky Dolenz made for a spectacular show. I had to catch myself many times to keep from tearing up during each memory segment of the 4 Monkees. Micky brings his wit, energy and voice to the show. His band brings their separate talents. Coco backs up her brother beautifully. It all makes for a super night!

Micky and his band were awesome. The venue and staff were fabulous. I only wish I could have gotten him to sign my albums. Thank you!

It was great. Loved all the stories about the songs. Only down side there was an opening act and that was surprising.

A class act all the way, Mickey Dolenz did not disappoint! He is a fabulous storyteller and it all went perfectly with the music. The entire audience was in love with Mickey last night.

Micky's performance was great! Wondered tho if he knew what town he was in...never mentioned our town's name. The photo op process however was disappointing at the very least. Requiring all that purchased a photo op to get back in line and wait for those with items to be autographed to wait before having their photos taken. I have facilitated numerous celebrity events of this nature and never have we asked a fan to spend so much in addition to a non personalized autograph..and wait for the photo on top of that! I spent my 30 seconds getting a refund and explaination that is how they do it....move along😞

It was really neat to go to this! Two fireworks burst during a song and that really added to the show! After the fun and entertainment, Micky had a signing line! He was jovial and funny so I was happy and my night was complete! I really am glad I went!!
