Championed by legendary BBC Radio 2 DJ Sara Cox; Superbird has ascended to the sky, taking flight across national TV and airwaves alike. After receiving multiple features on ITV morning shows the bands flavoursome debut ‘Cola Bottle Fizz’ (released Jan 4th) was requested by Sara Cox herself to become the official theme-tune for her brand new TV programme ‘The Sara Cox Show’ on ITV. Such exposure has gifted the band critical appraisal from a host of TV personalities including Lorraine Kelly.

In just a short space of a few months the band have hatched three singles across social media, gaining an elite of true fans and claiming the attention of trendy radio stations such as BBC Introducing in London, Shoreditch Radio & Hoxton FM. Superbirds’ music has been popularised by BBC Introducing in Essex, gaining the trio multiple features and live acoustic sessions, subsequently granting them further recognition outside of London and on the radar of part time BBC Radio 1 presenter, Ollie Winberg.

A flamboyant & sensually exuberant live act, Superbird have recently lit stages across London, playing sell-out shows across some of the most exciting venues Horton & Shoreditch have to offer, and with a performance at Alex James’s ‘Big Feastival’ in the Cotswolds - courtesy of BBC Introducing. As new dates are yet to be revealed, the band are set to spread their wings further to a wider audience at a string of UK festival dates booked across July & August. Carrying a bottomless bag of musical gems, Superbird has come to deliver... and they are unleashing their unique flavour into the world.
