About The Offensive Senses

The band began as a vague idea in 2010, was named in 2011, but found its sound and focus in 2012. Beginning with the idea of making positive music, after coming from a past of more negative sounds, Aaron and Jason decided to focus on catchy songs, inspired by the bands they grew up listening to. This meant a lot of 90s and early 2000s alternative rock, punk and ska. After many hours playing video games, partying, and occasionally playing musical instruments and writing songs, a half-joking idea became realized, and became their driving force. What results is a set of songs reaching from very diverse influences, coming together with a cohesive sound that is all their own. With the addition of Greg on bass, the band was complete. With creative and diverse lyrical content driven by infectious melodies that make you want to sing and dance along, and stick in your head long after, they're out to have a good time with anyone looking to join in. When the Pengasus and Llamacorn can coexist, the Mantigon shall be at peace.
