Holly Cole

Holly was amazing and the band was absolutely solid. She is just so personable on stage. When the band started playing the first soft notes of the Patty Larkin song 'I Told Him My Dog Wouldn't Run', I might have lost my mind, just a little. It was beautiful, as is Holly, as is the song. If you don't have the 1997 Dark Dear Heart album, it's time to treat yourself. Hard to listen to this one without a tear of joy...or sadness. Holly ended it with a tear in her eyes, or maybe I just couldn't see her that well through mine. It was a lovely evening with gorgeous vocals and wonderfully skilled musicians. Highly recommend!

Holly was as amazing as ever with her beautiful voice! I was sad she didn't do Girl Talk and I Can See Clearly Now. Other than that, I loved it all. Venue is really nice too.
