Fantastic. I love her voice and her patter. her songs often hit home I.e.are relatable. The facility- a church-is the right size-nearly a full house- and with all the necessities.

Great music from a prairie-born group, a mix of new songs and favourite oldies. Amazing talent and a treat to see someone play with family members who play well. Luv the grand piano and the location with very good acoustics. #prairietalent

From my Facebook post last night: The stage in the recently refurbished Darke Hall moments before the concert began with a beautiful, heartful, and political opener by Aleksi Campagne, the next generation of Campagnes. And then the main act, the amazing Connie Kaldor, whose heart is firmly planted in the Prairies even though she's lived in Montreal for a long time now, accompanied by her husband, Paul Campagne, of Hart Rouge fame, their sons, Aleksi and Gabriel, and a family friend (whose name escapes me at the moment, sorry). As always, her songs moved me and her spoken word pieces in between the songs brought laughter and joy and a deep Prairie knowingness. Over the many years of fangirling her she has consistently touched the heart of this Prairie woman. And, as I suspected, brought forward my tears when she performed Wood River and Bird on a Wing. Such beauty. I don't know what it is about those two pieces but I was almost sobbing. Such power! Her new songs are also very powerful, one about violence against women and one about grieving, particularly so. Oh, to write such strong work! Thank you, Connie, for sharing your Prairie spirit and politics with us and with the world. 🙏❤️

This concert was simply amazing! It was all and more than expected. Aleksie and the rest of the band (all in the family) were equally magnificent! Connie has a wonderful sense of prairie humour and her voice is as powerful and emotive as always. It is incredible that after 45 years, she is still performing as she has always performed - with gusto, with sensitivity, with generosity of spirt and laughter. The family band was a marvel to watch - each musician had tremendous talent in their chosen fields. It was a welcome relief (the concert and the music) from the pressures of the day and of the world. I am so grateful to Connie and the family band for being willing to give us their gifts again and I wish them all good health, good travels and good playing/singing for the rest of their tour. Thank you for stopping in Victoria! Two standing ovations is nothing to ignore! They deserved every ovation! FIVE STARS!

Great show! Connie continues to amaze us with her wonderful songs and her beautiful voice. "Keep Going" is just the song every one needs to hear right now. "It's The Woman Who Pays" is the most serious song on the album and the most important."This is not a Sentimental Song" is a beautiful tribute to couples who have been together a long time. Her sons Aleksi and Gabriel share the spotlight and they are both great musicians. Aleksi opened the show with songs from his first album and clearly he has inherited his mother's huge talent. Gabriel's powerful voice can switch from opera to folk with ease. The last member of this amazing family is husband and father Paul Champagne who plays backup and takes care of the details so everything runs smoothly. It was our first time at the Ironwood. It's a great venue with good food and good service.

Wow! sold out at the venue with 350 people. Prairie girl at heart in her music and stories, and family as well in the group!

The day was temperature warm! The artists extremely talented and the setting was pure farm Saskatchewan rich with culture and peacefulness. We stayed from 2:00 pm until midnight. It was a grand day. The venue was rustic right-on and the people very friendly. The dinner meal of turkey and fixing was spectacular. The music soothed our souls. My wife and I have been to this Farm Fest many times and would come again in 2024, but alas it was the family’s last party at this farm site. Many wonderful activities, music and art to purchase and a wonderful experience.

This was an amazing night at the Dog House Studio! Connie Kaldor is a great entertainer and we loved all her songs! It was wonderful to hear songs she wrote herself, especially about the prairies, and she sings with so much heart and enjoyment you can feel yourself singing along with her! All the members of her band are great singers and entertainers! We look forward to seeing her again! The Studio is a neat place! You're close to the entertainment and the acoustics are amazing! They have some great entertainers there and we love it!
