Hi I'm Nile!

I'm an Artist that sings and plays Guitar [trying not to use the term Singer Songwriter lol] I'm more!

I Have so far had the joy of playing alongside many artists with the most known probably being The James Arthur Band and Lucy Spraggan while doing a short stint living up north. Others have included The Afterparty and many local acts that I admire within my hometown of Leicester.

My weapon of choice for my Acoustic songs is:

That or my Squire Stratocaster Hotrails Deluxe which is Perfect the way it is! and finally my Amp is a 'dying' old but brilliant 50 watt Marshall G50R in which the wiring and stuff is totally messed up and crazy but once pumped up is the sweetest sound, clean or overdriven!

I am quite fussy about my sound but always perform like I'm gonna die tomorrow!

I write what can only be described as 'Eclectic' songs and with such a large amount of inspirations in most genre's. It's quite hard not to really. I Love playing guitar and love singing [or trying to at least :P ]. I am truly privileged to have grown up, and begun my musical journey in the great city of Leicester as I've had so many talented acts around to guide me and inspire me from the Legends like Gaz Birtles & John Barrow and the not quite that age yet but The Simpletones also, Mr Simon Lubkovski is an amazing character and his confidence brings my confidence up Thank you Big Si.I also get the peer feedback from the guys more my own generation like the By The Rivers lads, Charlee Drew, Rhett Barrow, Mark Elliot and many other great names but all of which have helped me along my journey in one way or another. Not to mention the fresh talent Leicester is always firing out i.e Dan Freestone, Aaron 'aaroonn' Skellon-Stratton, which gets my mind telling me 'Nile. . . You gotta up yo game' These kids are gettin better!' also the talent Mr Andy Fox keeps finding as well as pushing out to the masses. I need to thank him a lot.
