Blasé sets a sweeping vision for the culture of the Global Caribbean; a savvy music producer and DJ, rotating tunes between Trinidad & Tobago and the United Kingdom. The millenial’s most celebrated sound features Caribbean Soca and Dancehall, as well as uptempo Kuduro and contemporary Afrobeats.

The resident ‘Saga Boy’ has an equally skilful navigation of London’s Grime, UK Funky, American Hip Hop and Trap music. By immersing himself in these various influences, he creates an eclectic and inimitable musical experience, moving crowds from Port of Spain’s Big Black Box and Euphoria Lounge, to London’s XOYO and Rum Kitchen.

Blasé Vanguard’s debut EP, STRESS/Dahlin’ is a dark, energetic and moody blend of Soca, UK Funky and Bass, released with More Time Records, easily one of 2017’s most exciting new labels. treating us to music from the likes of Zed Bias, Mina, Bryte, Cardinal Sound and label co-founders Ahadadream and SNØW.
