Deko

Enrico Decolle a.k.a DEKO, is an italian singer-songwriter/musician/producer, well known in Italy for projects as “Alias” [touring in Italy for more than two years with Afterhours(www.afterhours.it), the most important independent italian rock band] and “Breakfast” [three albums, labels Santeria/Mescal/Sony]. In 2009 Deko decided to move to Berlin for new inputs and ideas. His first “solo” album came out in December 2011, in a very special handmade edition. Deko's music is a sort of bridge between Italian "Morricone" folk/western style and USA traditional folk. Deko played guitars for Marta Collica [John Parish Band, Sepiatone, www.martacollica.com] all around Europe [support acts for Howe Gelb/Giant Sand and Afterhours] and for Kitty Solaris, a well known German singer/songwriter. After being part of a very active folk duo based in Berlin "Edwina & Deko" [2 Albums released, official blog: edwinadeko.blogspot.de], he's starting recording sessions for his second "solo" album.
