C-Bass

It all started at a young age for Sebastien Selleslag (18), nowadays known as C-Bass. As soon as his parents send him to conservatory, he started developing a passion for music. After this theoretical school, he started playing guitar and piano. But he didn't like classical music at all. At the moment his parents gave him his first mp3-player, he discovered many genres of music. A few years later, when he went to his first party, he was so fascinated by the DJ and his influence on a crowd. Sebastien had a dream… When he finally gained enough money to buy his first DJ setup, it all started. Non-stop practising was the result, when finally someone had given him the opportunity to play at a private party. Since then, it all boomed. After all, he was selected for many DJ-contest finals and he also won a lot of them like Brainwash Festival, Break The House Down and Elements Festival. But Sebastien couldn't get enough of it; he wanted more than being a DJ. At that moment, he started exploring the world of ‘producing’. Hours of practising were spend, but hard work must pay off. Releases are coming up. After two years, Sebastien made it to the last 16 of the biggest contest in Flanders, MNM Start to DJ, he finally claimed the 3rd place. A lot of fresh bookings was the result, he was busy playing at least once a weekend. After his holiday, he started studying Leuven, where he immediatly started playing in several clubs after a few weeks.
