Jah Lando

Orlando Romane Singh better Known as Jah Lando is a Jamaican recording artist, singer, deejay, rapper, and the son of Moses I, an accomplished Roots Reggae Singer, Growing up as a kid in Jamaica Jah Lando was referred to as The Future of Reggae, or The Ultimate Suprise by all who heard him. He was born on September 22, in Kingston, Jamaica and grew up in the Papine area of St.Andrew. He attended New Providence Primary, and later moved on to Norman Manley High, and Schenectady High in New York. Jah Lando's father Moses I was one of the founder of the musical group, The David House Crew led by Reggae artist Capleton. Jah Lando was the youngest member of the crew as a kid. He began to pursue his musical talent at the age of 3 years old and started performing on stage by the age of 6. He won a lot of contests and competitions as a energetic, outstanding stage performer. His natural ability to perform allowed him to perform on stage with many of Reggae music's top artist. In fact, Jah Lando's talent has taken him all over Jamaica, the Caribbean, Latin America and the US. On the One Love Reggae US tour he had the opportunity to performin large venues in all major US cities. Such as: LA., Chicago, Miami, Boston, New York. He has also perfomed on many renowned Reggae events such as the Carib Fest, Irie Jamboree, Rebel Salute, White River Bash, Jam Jam, St.Mary Mi Come From just to name a few. Some of the first producers to discover Jah Lando's talent were Mr.G (Goofy) then Rod Pinnock of Orizen Entertainment after Jah Lando has won in a competition called "Battle Thursdays" on August 12, 2004. In 2007, Jah Lando followed up with a medley video with a group by the name of Innocent Minors, the video went #1 on TVJ's Suzie Q Video Alley Top Ten. He now has a compilation album with Reggae and Dancehall tracks such as"Party Party" In the future Jah Lando hope to do movies, make music, and continue to perform for his fans all over the world.
