About Beat Rhythm Fashion
Formed in New Zealand in 1980 the band released 3 crucial singles (Bengs Rest Finally, Turn of the Century, Art And Duty), before taking a 30 year hiatus. A collection of the singles and live recordings of their set in 1982 was released on Failsafe Records in 2007 (Bring Real Freedom).
The band returned in 2017 to start recording a follow up album, picking up exactly where thy left of. They released the Tenterhook album in 2019 and toured New Zealand in support. A new album is due for release in 2022
