Lakehouse

LakeHouse is a Boston based rock band with a drive for creating unique original music and arrangements. Formed by lead guitarist and singer John Dorney, LakeHouse finds its sound in a kaleidoscope of musical influences ranging from the jazz of John Coltrane to the indie rock sounds of Mac Demarco thus creating a one of a kind blend of alternative music. After moving from Orlando FL to Boston in order to attend Berklee College of Music John shortly met Alex Silvergold (Drums), Drew Bunge (Bass, Vocals) and Eric Wesling (Guitar). The friends started jamming together and eventually began to gel into the begins of what is now LakeHouse. The group has played with touring bands like “The Groove Orient” along with various house shows in the Boston/Berklee bubble and venues like “The Middle East”. Some of the groups individual achievements include recording with Snarky Puppy, playing at Lollapalooza, playing at Ground Up, and performing at notable Orlando, Boston, and New York Venues.
