Solomon's Porch

Solomon’s Porch started as a musical gift given to a young Japanese Texan girl playing piano and cello. That little girl grew up and now Christina uses her love of God and composition to write beautifully unconventional melodies. Over the last few years, she has been compiling her songs to one day share with the world, so they too can experience the love of God she has encountered. The genesis of Solomon’s Porch began as a one-time concert to raise money for a mission trip to Mexico. Christina gathered members of the team and played some of her original songs. The response was incredibly positive. Nathan stayed with the band, playing guitar, and Ross (though not part of the Mexico team) continued to play rhythm on his djembe. Together, they are a dynamic trio sharing the gospel through song. In a society that breeds chaos and confusion, it is refreshing to find music that brings rest and healing for the soul. Through inspirations from folk, classical, and jazz, Solomon’s Porch brings a new sound with lyrics that will leave you uplifted and inspired.
