Well crafted songs, performed to perfection. Have always loved field music and expected them to be good but they blew me away!

About Field Music
Field Music are the latest product of a long-running musical expedition, directed by Andrew Moore and brothers Peter and David Brewis. Their debut album, imaginatively titled Field Music, was released to surprising critical acclaim in August 2005, accompanied by the singles Shorter Shorter, You Can Decide and, most recently, If Only The Moon Were Up. B-sides and rarities compilation Write Your Own History followed in 2006.
The Tones of Town album emerged to even greater critical reaction in January 2007, but in June of that year the band announced that they all were to pursue projects outside the 'Field Music' marque. David Brewis' School of Language and Peter Brewis' The Week That Was both slated albums for a 2008 release.
All three core members hail from Sunderland, England, where they can usually be found hidden away in their studio, crafting bizarre experimental pop music, or in nightclubs, insisting that Fleetwood Mac be played at volumes which test the limits of human hearing endurance.
